COVID-19 SAFETY MEASURES
Please trust that all items you purchase from me are coming from a safe residence with safe packing materials. Still, it is best to remove the painting/scarves from their packaging and either discard of packaging or store it outside of your home for several days to keep any contaminated materials from entering your home. I suggest carefully removing your purchase from the packaging in a garage or backyard and leaving the packaging there. Bring your purchased items into your home once you have separated them from the packaging, being careful to wash hands after handling packaging materials but before bringing your purchases into your home. We are all trying to stay safe and healthy, and I'm doing all I can to keep all of my products safe for you!
SHIPPING POLICY
USA Residents: Your painting is packed using bubble wrap and professional packing materials. Your painting is insured for the full value of the painting (minus taxes and any duty fees that may apply). I ship via the United Stated Post Office unless you request a different courier. Any claims for damage or missing packages will need to be filed with the United States Post Office, and in the case that a claim filing is necessary, I'm here to help you in any way I can. Your package will have its own tracking number, which will be forwarded to you. A signature will be required to receive your package. This helps to ensure that your package arrives safely into your hands. Packages shipped via the United States Post Office ship with Priority Mail, which means your package should arrive between 1 and 3 business days once it ships. You package generally ships from my location 3-8 days after purchase. I will provide your tracking number so that you can track your package, and make arrangements to pick up your package from your local post office in the event you will not be available to sign for the package when it is scheduled to be delivered. I will do everything possible in my power to help ensure that your painting arrives safely for you to enjoy for years to come. I want your purchase from me to be the best experience possible!
International Residents: If your painting is created on gallery wrapped canvas, it can be removed from its stretcher bars, rolled and shipped in a tube, or retained on its stretcher bars. It is your choice. All paintings ship via the United States Post Office unless you request a different courier.
RETURN POLICY
There is a no return policy on paintings. Please be sure to measure your wall space before purchasing. An easy way to see if a painting will fit is to mark the area with removable painter's tape at the same dimensions as the painting you wish to purchase. Please note that I take care to accurately photograph all of my paintings and products for color and representation. Your computer or mobile device screen may be calibrated differently than mine or others, so please note there may be some different in color based on that. I check my photos on three different applications to be sure they depict my artwork as accurately as possible. I want you to be happy with your new purchase and for it to bring you enjoyment for years to come.
There is a no return policy on scarves, as I personally inspect and pack each scarf before it leaves my hands. Many scarves are special order items, which means your scarf is made to order when you order it. If your scarf is damaged or lost in transit, you may file a claim with the United States Post Office. COMMISSIONS
I will gladly work with you to create a custom painting based on the size and colors that suit your needs. Here are some things to keep in mind: 1. I will not copy an other artist's work. If you want another artist's work, please contact them directly. 2. Because I work intuitively, I never recreate my own paintings. I will create a new painting for you based on things like size and color palette. 3. If you can supply color swatches of the wall paint(s) used in the room in which the painting will be displayed, that is so helpful! Photos that represent your style of furniture or photos of the room are also helpful. 4. A 50% deposit is required for each painting commissioned. The balance is due after the commission is complete and before the painting ships. This balance will include any shipping fees. 5. My commission pricing allows for up to two small, reasonable changes to be made before final payment. An example of this would be if the green colors I choose are too warm and bronzy and you want me to add a cooler blue-green in top of some of them to offset them. But note that once a change is made, there is no going back to the original painting. Please trust that I love creating art that brings joy to my collectors!
