I describe this category of paintings as "Intuitive" Abstract, meaning the my focus is solely on the free flow of ideas and placement of color . The only thing planned about these paintings is my color palette. I let the colors guide me, as I love to experiment with how the colors interact with each other when placed in close proximity of each other. This is when I feel most free to use vibrant colors in my paintings. I hope the joy and excitement I feel while painting is conveyed to you on these canvases.
